RETURNING SUPPLEMENTAL NARRATIVE TO SECONDARY OFFICER(S)

When an incident needs corrections (NIBRS errors cleared, narrative corrections, etc.) the event status "RETURNED TO OFFICER" sends the notification to the primary officer's/deputy's scorecard as well as sending a msg to their inbox. 

In the event there are supplemental reports added by backup officers/deputies that also need to be returned for correction, this will require a slightly different process.  

To return a supplemental report to an officer/deputy that is not listed as the primary on the incident, you can send this notification via the "Send Via Message" button on the main incident page. 

SENDER'S VIEW: 

This notification goes to the officer's/deputy's inbox vs populating on their scorecard. 

RECIPIENT'S VIEW: 

The msg contains a link that will take the officer/deputy to that incident. 

If users would like to document in the events section when a supplemental narrative is completed or returned, they can do so by adding an action under 'MISC' Miscellaneous Events, like the examples below.

The officer/deputy completing the supplemental can add this MISC Action:
