User/Agency Defined Fields
ICS can define additional data capture fields for all of the Law Records modules. This is a robust feature that enables you to capture data items with the following attributes:
- Define multiple fields
- Define any field label/caption
- Assign fields to any ICS module
- Display fields in a predefined order
- Make fields required or not
- Capture different types of data (text, dates, numeric, etc.)
- Require the data to match a code table value or use the code table as a recommendation
- Define a maximum length
