Web Status Monitor

By default when you open web status monitor you will see this screen. You will select ‘Modules’ then ‘Status Monitor’:

 

By default you will see Available Units, Busy Units, and Pending Calls:


To make changes to what you see, you can click on ‘settings’ in the upper right corner. You can choose if you want to see available units, busy units, busy units collapsed or all units. You can choose to see or not see pending calls, as well as command areas (IE: Fire, Police, Animal Services). You can also choose to change the refresh rate in seconds:

 

This is an example of the Collapsed view of busy units:

 

This is the regular view of Busy Units:


You can also choose to see or not to see Pending calls as well, this is what the pending calls section looks like:

 

To view call details just click on the call, after viewing, use the ‘close’ button in the upper right corner:

 

To view unit details, click on the unit ID, and after viewing, use the ‘close’ button in the upper right corner:

 

There is also mapping capability by selecting ‘maps’ and you can change settings for it by using the ‘cog’ wheel on the left.


To log off, go back ‘home’ and then on the right side of the screen use the drop down by your  name and select ‘log off’:
