PREPARATORY OFFENSES - PC 15

For Preparatory Offenses covered in Penal Code CH 15, there are no individual offense codes. 

Users will use the offense code for the crime that was attempted, solicited or conspired and uncheck the completed box: 

When the completed box is unchecked, it automatically puts an 'A' in the GOC field or users can choose from the drop down if conspiracy or solicitation is appropriate for their incident.
