       Select on the Actions button, then select "Change Status"

 Change Unit Status/Activity Form

 

 

Activity type - You may select one of the 6 default activity types (these are selected by your agency and can be changed according to agency preference ) or choose “Select activity type” and select an activity code from the drop-down list.

 

Location (optional) – Enter a valid premise name or address and then select “Validate”.

You may choose “From GPS” button and the closest address to your vehicle will be displayed.

You may select the “From Map” button if you have copied a latitude/longitude from the map and that address will appear.

 
Inexact location or notes – Whatever you enter in this field will display on everyone’s status monitor.


Select “Change Status” when information is correct.

Your status will be updated on your Status Button. 

In the example below, the status of patrol was updated to the status of busy.
