Just a quick reminder that your new support portal launches Thursday, May 7th, for all Athena by Versaterm application-related requests.

  • Access the Versaterm support portal home at https://versaterm.com/support 
  • You'll need a Zendesk account to submit and track tickets. Directions for resetting your password are in the Quick Start Guide
  • Your Quick Start Guide and FAQ are available for reference if you missed them in our last message — they walk through everything from submitting your first ticket to understanding ticket statuses.

Open tickets from your previous support channel will be migrated into the new portal before launch, so you won't lose any history.
